WHAT WE COLLECT

When you contact us: your name, email, phone number and message from our contact form. We use them only to reply to you.

When you book a booth: reservations are handled by Toast, our reservation provider. The details you enter (name, phone, email, party size, deposit payment) go to Toast and to us so we can hold your booth. Card payments are processed by Toast. We never see or store your full card number.

When you buy tickets: tickets are sold through our ticketing partner's website, and their privacy policy applies to that purchase.

When you browse: our website (hosted by Wix), Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel use cookies and similar technology to record visits, pages viewed and actions such as starting a booking.

HOW WE USE ANALYTICS AND ADVERTISING TOOLS

Google Analytics helps us understand how people use the site (pages visited, device type, rough location). We use the Meta pixel to measure our ads and show our events to people who have visited our site. If you submit a form, the pixel may send your email or phone number to Meta in a hashed (scrambled) form so Meta can match visits to its users. Meta does not receive the readable details from us this way. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) and control ad preferences in your Facebook/Instagram settings and at www.youradchoices.ca.

WHAT WE DON'T DO

We don't sell your personal information. We don't send you marketing emails or texts unless you've agreed to receive them.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Contact and booking details are kept only as long as we need them to look after your visit, answer your questions and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site still works.
